Booking Policy

 Reservations must be made at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled pickup

time. Whip Rides, Inc. does not guarantee a reservation will be confirmed.

A reservation is not confirmed until a driver has been assigned to the ride.

The process of assigning a driver to a reservation may take between 1-4 hours.

In the event Whip Rides, Inc. is unable to fulfill the reservation request,

the customer’s request will be cancelled and the customer will be notified by

text message. The passenger is always able to view the reservation

status online or on the Whip Rides App.

Cancellation Policy

In the event a customer would like to cancel their reservation,

a booking fee of ($3.65) will charged to their credit card.

Holding-Time Policy

In the event a customer would like the driver to wait (hold) prior to a pickup or hold prior

to a return trip, the customer has a grace period of 15 minutes for which they will not be charged.

After the 15-minute grace period has passed, Whip Rides, Inc. charges $10.00/15 minutes of hold time.

If a customer reasonably suspects they have been incorrectly charged, it is the responsibility

of the customer to email (info@whiprides.com) a formal complaint stating in detail how they were

incorrectly charged. Please include all information: date of ride, scheduled time of pickup, actual

time of pickup, time of drop-off, and an explanation.

Holding-Time Policy: Delayed Flights

In the event a customer is being picked up and their flight is delayed, the customer has a grace

period of 15 minutes for which they will not be charged. After the 30-minute grace period has passed,

Whip Rides, Inc. charges $20.00/1 hour of delayed flight hold time. This time is billed in 15-minute

increments at a rate $5 every 15 minutes.

If a customer reasonably suspects they have been incorrectly charged it is the responsibility

of the customer to email (info@whiprides.com) a formal complaint stating in detail how they were

incorrectly charged. Please inclue all information: date of ride, scheduled time of pickup, actual

time of pickup, time of drop-off, and an explanation.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Whip Rides strives to provide the safest ride possible and has instituted a strict

zero tolerance substance program. Drivers are strictly banned from using

intoxicating substances of any kind when providing transportation services using

the Whip Rides platform. A violation of Whip Ride, Inc.’s Zero Tolerance

Intoxicating Substance Policy shall result in an immediate suspension followed by

an internal investigation. Upon finding of a violation of the Zero Tolerance Policy

the driver shall be immediately banned from the Whip Rides platform.

If you reasonably suspect a driver to be under the influence of drugs or

alcohol during the course of the ride, please stop the ride immediately

and report the incident to zerotolerance@whiprides.com.
